Service Technician Field at Epiroc: responsible for the inspection, testing, diagnosis, and repair of heavy‑duty mining equipment. The technician works on surface and underground equipment, engages in strengthening customer relationships, and operates under safety as a top priority.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment service, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Work on surface and underground Epiroc equipment.
• Conduct machine audits and inspections as required.
• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Develop and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Complete daily time entry and technical reporting.
• Submit daily shift reports.
• Participate in company training opportunities.
• Work within and promote a supportive and innovative team culture.
