Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the delivery of American Red Cross services to U.S. military members, veterans and families.
• Support delivery of International Services programs and services.
• Provide support, development, and leadership guidance to volunteers.
• Build strong relationships with military leadership, key organizations, and community leaders.
• Maintain community presence through marketing, social media, and local base advertising.
• Manage volunteer engagement program, recruit and train leadership volunteers.
• Oversee volunteer Service Delivery staff and coordinate services to military treatment facilities and VA hospitals.
• Ensure community outreach including command meetings, briefings, presentations and special events.
