The role requires 2 years of customer service experience, hands-on mechanical experience, and strong communication skills. The candidate will work closely with customers, develop workforce plans, and ensure parts availability. This position offers a salary of $27.50/hr plus shift differential, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
