Lead discovery workshops across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM/HAM), DEX, EA, and integrations.
Gather and document functional requirements, process flows, and design decisions.
Design & Functional Definition
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional configuration guidelines.
Ensure alignment with ServiceNow OOTB capabilities using a configuration‐first approach.
Own and maintain design artifacts, ensuring formal sign‐off with NWN stakeholders.
