bridge between business stakeholders and technical ServiceNow teams , gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications that enable effective ServiceNow solutions. The role focuses on

process improvement, platform adoption, and value realization , not platform development. Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and ServiceNow technical teams to translate business needs into functional requirements. Gather and document requirements, create user stories, and support acceptance criteria and testing efforts.
