ServiceNow IT Asset Management Consultant (ITAM/HAM)

Need to work from Montreal Office 3 days a week. Requires Montreal local profiles only who can come to office for face‑to‑face round of interview.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform with strong scripting capabilities (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
• Implement and support IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes and modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Perform data migration, transformation, and validation activities during platform implementation or upgrades.
• Ensure CMDB alignment, data integrity, and consistency across asset and configuration records.
• Develop and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
