Description

Lead ITSM and Incident Management efforts as a ServiceNow Specialist. Enhance incident lifecycle processes and optimize the ServiceNow platform in a hybrid working arrangement.
This senior role requires comprehensive oversight of Incident Management operations, ensuring the effective execution of ITSM processes.
