You will attract, retain, and develop a team of 50-100 individuals, while driving personal and team growth and executing quarterly strategic planning with high standards in product, profit, environment and guest experience. You lead with warmth and care from the moment guests enter, delivering a seamless, personalized guest experience that is unmistakably JOEY. You provide leadership and professionalism, and you are unwavering in demanding and challenging situations.
