Company: Mars Food - Bolton, ON

Title: Shift Technician – Electrician ($49 - $54 per hr)

What do we manufacture?: BEN'S ORIGINAL Ready to Heat products 

Required Shift: 12 hour rotating shifts

Shift rotates between days (7am - 7:30pm) and nights (7pm - 7:30am) – 2x day shifts, then 2x night shifts, followed by 4x days off.

Pay: $49.00 - $54.00 CAD per hr

Bonus (AVP): Target bonus of 5% of base pay, depending on company performance.

Merit Pay: Increase to base pay once per year based on your performance.

Tools: All hand & power tools provided by Mars.

Job Purpose:

We’re looking for a Shift Technician – Electrician, who will be responsible for on-shift preventive & predictive maintenance, alongside effective troubleshooting & repair of breakdowns across production & utilities.
