About the Role

As a Processing Shift Supervisor at Evolution Mining’s Cowal Operation, you’ll be at the heart of our processing team, leading from the front to ensure safety, performance, and quality are never compromised. Reporting to the Processing Superintendent, this role offers a dynamic blend of leadership, technical oversight, and cross-departmental collaboration.

What sets this role apart?

 You’ll be the key driver of daily operational KPIs, from throughput to recovery and reagent control.

You’ll play a hands-on role in equipment shutdowns, isolations, and pastefill delivery to underground operations.

You’ll lead and mentor a team of operators and contractors, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
