Job Description

Lead and coordinate all shipping, receiving, and material handling operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time performance. Supervise and support shipping/receiving staff by assigning daily tasks, monitoring workload, and providing guidance and training as needed. Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are accurately received, documented, packaged, labeled, and shipped in accordance with company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Verify quantities, part numbers, and documentation; investigate and resolve discrepancies or damages promptly.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Customer Service to support operational priorities and customer requirements.
