Shop Service Supervisor - Bilingual (French/English)

Our client is looking for a Shop Supervisor for a multi-national global organization with great career potential. Our client is well known within its respective industry, a global industrial leader and have stable business practices for more than 50+ years.

This is a leadership role within the organization that will lead the Boisbriand, QC facility.

What we are looking for

• Experience managing technicians and teams and responsible for their safety in the workplace. Ability to keep a clean and organized work environment while managing a industrial repair shop of 5 - 7 technicians.
• Must be able to speak fluent English and French (Bilingual is mandatory)
• Ability to dress professionally and act in a mature manner to be seen as a Service Shop Supervisor
• Experience repairing, troubleshooting and handling customer service for all incoming calls for rotating equipment (Compressors, Pumps, Gearboxes, Motors).
