Take on a pivotal HR role with Sienna as a Human Resources Business Partner. In this hybrid position, you'll support Aspira Retirement residences across East GTA.
As part of the Aspira Retirement Division, you'll collaborate with several residences, addressing HR needs from recruitment to performance management, under the guidance of the Director of HR Business Partner. Your ability to consult and influence senior leaders will drive organizational effectiveness and TEAM member engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in recruitment and retention for retirement residences
• Support performance management and HR policy applications
• Collaborate with business leaders on HR strategies
• Drive talent management strategies for success
• Facilitate communication regarding organizational changes

• 5+ years of HR consulting experience required
