Join Silver Lake as the Head Lifeguard, ensuring safe waterfront experiences for campers. Oversee lifeguards and ensure a safe and fun environment.
The Head Lifeguard will manage all beach and waterfront activities while adhering to safety protocols mandated by Provincial, Federal, and OCA guidelines. You will lead the lifeguard team, ensuring equipment is well-maintained and all safety measures are strictly followed. Beyond lifeguarding, you will also participate in camp programming and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage waterfront safety and lifeguard duties
• Train and lead the lifeguarding team effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety equipment protocols
• Engage in camp activities when not on duty

Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18 years by Dec. 31
• National Lifeguard Pool certification required
• Valid Standard First Aid with CPR “C” certification
