The Green Recruitment Company is looking for a Site Manager – Renewable Energy Power Plant | Colombia

Your Mission:

Lead the on‑site delivery of a renewable energy power plant, taking full ownership of Safety, Quality, Schedule, Cost, and Compliance . Ensure the project is completed on time, grid‑connected, and ready for final acceptance.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate EPC contractors, supervisors, and subcontractors to execute the Overall Site Control Plan.
• Track milestones, report weekly progress, and implement corrective actions.
• Chair Safety & Quality meetings, targeting zero accidents and zero penalties .
• Oversee contracts, costs, variations, and claims for smooth project closure.
• Lead quality inspections, pre-grid connection checks, and reliability trials.
• Manage community relations and act as the main on-site representative with authorities.
