We’re Hiring: Site Manager / Construction Supervisor (Industrial Relocation Project)

Project-based | ~5–6 weeks (Mid-July to Mid-August)

Looking for a hands-on leader with experience in industrial equipment relocation and installation . This is a fast-paced, high-visibility project supporting the transfer of a precision production line (laser equipment) from the U.S. to Mexico within an advanced manufacturing environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure technical readiness and EHS compliance prior to shipment
• Coordinate closely with engineering teams
• Oversee logistics provider (packing, loading, inventory control)
• Validate packing lists, documentation, and traceability
• Support border operations and customs contingencies
• Supervise unloading, positioning, and installation
