Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day site operations on a contract basis for an upcoming commercial/industrial construction project in Balzac.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating trades, managing site activities, maintaining schedule, enforcing safety compliance, and ensuring quality workmanship throughout the project duration.

Responsibilities

• Manage off shift construction activities and site coordination
• Supervise subtrades and maintain project schedule
• Ensure compliance with Alberta OH&S and site safety requirements
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate deficiencies
• Work closely with the Project Management team and consultants
• Maintain daily reports and site documentation
• Ability to work day, night, and weekend shifts as required by project schedule
