**Job Title: Skilled Laborer**
**Job Description**
The Skilled Laborer supports vessel drydocking and shipyard operations by assisting with docking and undocking vessels, maintaining and cleaning equipment, and performing a wide range of general labor tasks. This role works closely with the yard team to keep the shipyard safe, organized, and efficient while handling tools, equipment, and materials in both indoor and outdoor environments.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist with docking and undocking vessels as part of the drydocking ground crew, including helping move straps, removing boats from the water, and supporting rigging activities with the crane.
+ Operate an outdoor forklift to move equipment, materials, stands, and totes safely around the yard under direction from the travel lift supervisor and operator.
+ Work in confined spaces inside vessels and structures as required for cleaning, maintenance, and repair support.
