The Smart Factory Engineering team (CIM department) focuses on designing and implementing advanced automation solutions to enhance manufacturing processes. The team collaborates cross-functionally with product planning, quality, operations, procurement, and suppliers to introduce new technologies, improve efficiency, and ensure high standards in safety, quality, cost, and delivery. What you can look forward to as Smart Factory Engineer:
Design and develop automated manufacturing and testing equipment for new product introduction and capacity growth

Program and troubleshoot robotic cells, PLCs, and control systems

Improve manufacturing processes using automation, Industry 4.0, and data-driven techniques

Participate in cross-functional project teams to deliver innovative production solutions
