SOC Specialist Latin America

Plan A Technologies is looking for an experienced SOC Specialist to support our compliance, documentation, and business resilience efforts.

In this role, you will provide ongoing support for control monitoring and ensure strong preparedness, with a specific focus on our 2025 Audits and Pen Tests.

Minimum 4+ years of experience in security operations engineering is required.

Responsibilities

Compliance & Audit Support

Manage SOC 1/SOC 2 evidence collection and comprehensive compliance tracking.

Provide ongoing support, documentation, and control monitoring for SOC 1 and SOC 2 control evidence preparation within established SLAs.

Security Testing & Awareness

Serve as the primary point of contact for pen test coordination.

Provide ongoing operational support for Cybersecurity phishing campaigns.
