We are seeking a motivated Soccer Development Officer to spearhead youth soccer sessions and develop programs. Your role includes mentoring coaches, ensuring a vibrant atmosphere for children aged 18 months to 13 years, and overseeing daily operations. Collaborating with management will help ensure program quality and participant safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead soccer training sessions tailored to children’s age and skill
• Mentor and oversee part-time coaching staff
• Organize session setups and event management
• Deliver training to coaching personnel both on and off the field
• Maintain regular communication with management about operational support

• A passion for engaging with young athletes
• Experience in coaching or supervising youth sports
