As a key figure in program development, you’ll lead engaging soccer activities and mentor coaches, focusing on creating safe and enjoyable environments for participants. Close collaboration with management will keep operational standards high and enhance coach growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead soccer sessions for various age groups
• Mentor seasonal coaches and ensure safety standards
• Oversee daily programming and session setup
• Train coaches on-field and off-field
• Liaison between front-line coaches and management team
Requirements:
• Experience with coaching children from ages 2 – 12 years
• Preferably from children's sports organizations
• Coaching certification is a plus
