Job Summary

Social Justice Fund Officer – Ottawa, ON – Full‑time. Reports directly to the Director of Communications, Education and Human Rights. The role is responsible for developing and delivering Social Justice Fund programs, mobilising members and advancing equitable communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Social Justice Fund initiatives.
• Conduct research and present findings.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate programs.
• Prepare and monitor the program budget.
• Communicate in English, French, and Spanish.
• Prepare and deliver presentations.
• Develop communication strategies that mobilise and educate.

Education & Experience

• Experience in the social justice or labour movement.
• Experience with research and making presentations.
• Experience with international travel in the global south.
• Experience in program planning and development.
