Job Description Create basic content in text, image, or video formats to support community communication. Monitor and engage with player communities across Facebook, TikTok, and X. Collect and consolidate player feedback, sentiment, and pain points. Provide weekly reports and insights to internal stakeholders to support product and content improvements. Track trends, conversations, and competitive topics within the community. Respond to community inquiries and clarify common issues when necessary. Support Community and LiveOps teams during campaigns, updates, and patch cycles. Job Requirements Experience in social media management, communications, or administrative support is preferred.
