Position Overview

The Social Media & Insights Strategist will oversee the organization’s social media presence and manage enterprise social listening, sentiment analysis, and digital brand protection programs. The role combines social media management with analytics and monitoring, serving as the organizational subject‑matter expert for online intelligence and brand protection tools.
