Role Overview

• We are looking for a YouTube Specialist who can build and scale our financial education channel from scratch. This is a full-ownership role from strategy and scripting to production, publishing, and engagement.
• The candidate must understand financial content, compliance sensitivity, and YouTube growth mechanics.
• This is not just a content role. This is a growth engine role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Strategy & Positioning

• Launch and structure the YouTube channel aligned with financial brand positioning
• Define content pillars (Bonds, Fixed Income, Investor Education, Product Explainers)
• Conduct keyword research for high-intent finance queries
• Identify content gaps from competitors
