What You’ll Do

• Build and execute a social media strategy to attract tenant inquiries
• Create scroll-stopping content, graphics, videos, and captions
• Manage accounts end-to-end: posting, engagement, and growth
• Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries professionally
• Support property listings on platforms like Zillow and Trulia
• Optimize property photos, descriptions, and details
• Track performance and improve what’s working
