The ideal candidate understands platform algorithms, audience psychology, influencer and UGC ecosystems, and how to translate brand messaging into compelling social narratives. They must also be highly organized and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously while collaborating with internal strategists, creative teams, and paid media specialists.
