Job Title: Social Worker – Adult’s Community Team – Devon
Location: Devon
Pay Rate: £35/per hour
Our client in Devon is looking for an experienced Social Worker to join their Adult Community Team. The role involves working with adults aged 18 and over, conducting Care Act and Mental Capacity assessments, determining Best Interest outcomes, completing DOLs assessments, having experience with CHC checklists and DSTs and Confidently work with professional partners in a multidisciplinary team approach.

Qualifications and Experience:
Professional Qualification: A recognised professional qualification in social work, such as an MA, BA, BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, or CQSW (Certificate of Qualification in Social Work).

Registration: Must be registered with Social Work England, the regulatory body for social workers in England.
