We are currently hiring a Software Analyst Intern for a summer term position at Hitachi Rail Signalling and Rail Solutions (SRS) office.

Duration

September 2026 – April 2027 (8 months) or 4 months option available.

Compensation

$23–$30 CAD per hour

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow the company's processes and procedures for developing or supporting vital software applications.
• Implement real‑time systems in C++ and Python or C, with some assembler.
• Design, code, debug, write test procedures, and test software code as well as writing scripts for test automation.
• Review code, test procedures and test results.
• Analyze and implement corrections for defect reports.
• Support in‑house testing teams to analyze and identify issues.
