The Role:


Reporting to a Senior Customer Success Manager based in USA, you will build and maintain trusted advisor relationships within assigned accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for: Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the entire lifecycle of a customer account following the initial sale through successful acceptance and eventually renewal of products and services. Working proactively in customer contact with on-site visits, performing executive business review and user group meetings, and using other tools to improve relationships and plan strategically with them.

Focusing on customer needs and maintaining the acceptance and renewal results for a set of defined accounts.


Building and nurture business relationships across top accounts to solidify the partnership and commitment to the customer.
