- Handle inbound product inquiries, providing web demos, quotes, and invoices.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Work with prospective end-clients to ensure they understand the product's value proposition, often by asking the right questions.
- Deliver sales presentations and web demos.
- Provide quotes and invoices, and follow up on them.
- Manage licenses for renewals and trials: proactively monitor churn, contact customers at risk before renewal, and track cancellations.
- Advocate the product and services to existing and prospective customers.
