Software Tester Lead

The Test Team Lead is a senior technical leader assigned to the Global Cloud Platform team, responsible for strategy, health, and continuous improvement of test practices across multiple pods. This role sits at the intersection of hands-on contributions and team enablement.

As a key driver of quality across a distributed cloud-native ecosystem, you will champion modern testing methodologies, lead the adoption of AI-assisted tooling, and ensure the test function can meet the demands of a fast-moving, globally scaled platform.

AI Adoption & Team Enablement

• Identify and promote AI tools that improve test coverage, defect prediction, and automation (e.g., test script authoring, intelligent selection, anomaly detect...
