Role Summary

The Solution Engineer works across Salesforce’s enterprise, commercial, or SMB segments to identify, design, and demonstrate tailored solutions that meet customer business objectives. Responsibilities

Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to shape technology solutions that align with complex business goals. Act as a trusted advisor, conducting business development, operations, IT strategy, and product demonstrations to improve customer performance. Analyze ambiguous, sophisticated business problems; define the problem, develop innovative solutions, and recommend actionable next steps. Guide client decision‑making by evaluating solution options, driving consensus, and establishing governance frameworks. Demonstrate connected experiences through software demos and rapid prototypes.
