El candidato ideal tiene que tener licenciatura en Economía- Administración y certificación AMIB Fig. 3 vigente. No se requiere experiencia previa, pero es necesario tener enfoque al cliente. Se ofrecen prestaciones superiores a la ley y bonos por productividad.
