Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sourcing Lead to drive strategic sourcing initiatives that deliver long-term value, cost optimization, and supply assurance across assigned categories. This role plays a critical part in shaping sourcing strategies, strengthening supplier partnerships, and mitigating risk in a complex, global environment. The Senior Sourcing Lead will lead high-impact sourcing engagements, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and support business objectives at both regional and global levels while contributing thought leadership and capability development within the sourcing organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience within the automotive, powersports, or assembly manufacturing industries
Strong understanding of Polaris products, business model, and sourcing needs
