**Requeriments**:
- Minimum 7-10 years experience in automotive industry or similar manufacturing setup within Procurement department.
- 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- English proficiency - Full Professional.
German is an advantage.
- English/Full Professional Proficiency
- VALID VISA & PASSPORT - *****% Travel.
- Proven track record with Supplier Development activities.
**Skills**:
- AIAG / VDA Core tools knowledge is a plus.
- Hands-On experience to create effective business processes and procedures required.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute strategies for Supplier Sourcing and Cost Savings plan.
- Ability to coach in driving consensus and effective negotiation skills for difficult circumstances required.
- Significant hands-on experience with statistical analysis.
