• Prepare and cook a wide variety of cuisine for daily dining outlets, banquets, weddings, and special events
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, consistency, presentation, and food safety
• Supervise and participate in food preparation and plating across all kitchen service areas
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to create innovative menu features and recipes
• Assist with food ordering, inventory management, and kitchen operations
• Support the training, development, and motivation of kitchen staff
