Elevate dining experiences at The Lodge at Arrow Lakes as a Sous Chef in Nakusp, British Columbia. This role requires culinary creativity and collaboration to deliver exceptional menu items.
As a Sous Chef, you will report to the Head Chef at CMH Heli‑Skiing & Summer Adventures. With a minimum of two years’ kitchen experience, you will assist in meal preparation, menu planning, and ensure the highest hygiene standards are followed. Your passion for high-end casual dining will be essential in crafting innovative dishes for guests.
