The ideal candidate is passionate about Mexican cuisine, building the best team environment and delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding flavours and presentation.  Our Sous Chefs  have proven track records of cooking and leading in demanding, high-volume environments with demonstrated progressive growth.
