Food World Supermarket is seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef specializing in Indian cuisine to support daily kitchen operations in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail food environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in authentic North and/or South Indian dishes, traditional spice blends, curry preparation, tandoor cooking (if applicable), and ready‑to‑eat meal production. This role ensures consistency, quality, food safety, and efficient back‑of‑house operations.
