Assume a vital role as Sous Chef at Pure Spirits, located in the heart of Toronto’s Distillery Historic District. This position melds culinary expertise with strong managerial skills in a bustling restaurant setting.
Pure Spirits Oyster House and Grill is looking for an accomplished Sous Chef to lead its kitchen team. You will bring a minimum of five years of culinary experience, ideally having progressed to a Junior Sous or Sous Chef role. Emphasis is placed on training, employee coaching, and fostering a culture of passion and integrity in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage kitchen service and support team performance
• Collaborate on menu development and operational improvements
• Monitor cleanliness and efficiency in all kitchen areas
