Become a key player in our restaurant as a Sous-Chef focused on cold kitchen cuisine. Your role will be instrumental in training staff and refining our menu to meet guest expectations.
With 2 to 3 years of culinary experience, you will demonstrate advanced cooking techniques and oversee daily kitchen operations. This position involves managing food costs, instructing cooks, and innovating new recipes while ensuring an organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct food preparation activities and supervise kitchen team
• Prepare meals tailored to guest dietary restrictions
• Create new recipes and enhance dining experiences
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and costs
• Train and lead kitchen staff in food preparation and safety
Requirements:
• Cook Trade Certification and Food Safety Certification
