Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations. The Sous Chef will assist with menu execution, food quality, staff supervision, and kitchen organization while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and consistency.
