SOUTHLAND Class 2S Driver Instructor

SOUTHLAND seeks a skilled Class 2S Driver Instructor to enhance driver training and education. Engage with trainees and current drivers, ensuring high standards in a supportive training environment.

This full-time role involves conducting classroom sessions for new hires, daily driving skill assessments, and on-the-road evaluations. Instructors will use TrackIt for monitoring training progress and be available to assist with any queries regarding training and development. You may also drive any school route needing coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct classroom training for new driver trainees
• Assess driving skills daily through evaluations
• Perform on-the-road evaluations of trainees

• Provide support for drivers’ inquiries and skill development
