Description
**Duties**:- Creation of spare parts offers and orders, ensuring customer's satisfaction.
- Responsible for the spare part stock and dispatch area.
- Correspondence with customers and headquarters.
- Handling of inquiries.
- Technical clarification for spare parts and/or recommended spare parts lists and offers- Preparation of quotations and spare parts proposals.
- Processing and follow up of invoicing of spare parts and warranty orders.
- Dispatch and packaging of orders, forwarding of shipping documents to customers.
- Checking of sales invoices.
- Preparation of proposals for stock keeping**Requirements**:- Preferable experience with part lists, preparing quotes and order administration.
- Preferable knowledge of construction machinery and/or maritime cranes.
- Demonstrated initiative to visualize, organize, manage, and complete projects.
- Ability to interface with all levels of staff.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
