Special Projects Officer, Divisional Relations (Toronto)

Position Summary

Working under the general direction of the Director, Divisional Relations and Strategic Initiatives, the Special Projects Officer is responsible for identifying issues, advising on strategy options, recommending solutions, implementing project plans, and supporting divisional initiatives to advance University Advancement priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage special projects related to Divisional Relations, operational effectiveness, and digital transformation.
• Align process improvement initiatives with strategic goals, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Support annual strategic initiatives and cross‑divisional collaboration through process reviews and modernization.
• Drive data‑informed decision‑making, AI‑enabled operational improvements, and project‑management excellence.
• Provide strategic recommendations on program performance, operational effectiveness, and organizational planning.
