Specialist Deployment

The Deployment Specialist - Tires as a Service (TaaS) will have primary responsibility of rolling out a customer, ensuring all stakeholders within the installation and onboarding process are aligned. This role is the central contact person within the specified country/region during the deployment of a new fleet. Based on the installation plan and capacity from the Goodyear Technician team, the incumbent will connect to the fleet to have the right vehicles available, and will ensure that the Service Providers in the market are supporting where needed.

• Responsible for onboarding new fleet accounts. In day‑to‑day contact with multiple stakeholders in the fleet to ensure installation schedules are approved, vehicles are available, and Goodyear Technicians can enter the sites. Collect the detailed information needed for the Fleet Onboarding.
