Specialist - FP&A

Application Support Analyst (Bilingual) – Mexico City, Arcos Bosques. Hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

Joining the Application Support Team for the Finance Strategic Insights Group, responsible for supporting the Financial Applications used by Marsh FP&A. Managing financial reporting hierarchies and access to Financial Systems.

We will count on you to

• Act as first line product support for the Planning and Reporting Applications and the Salary Planning Capture System (SPCS)
• Review and triage support items for other applications used by Marsh FP&A
• Monitor the Ticket Log, ensuring all incidents and requests are addressed within assigned SLA
• Prepare monthly ticketing reporting, identifying repetitious issues
• Deliver the daily, monthly and quarterly support activities such as data copies, month end close, forecast close
