We are looking for a motivated
Application Support Analyst (Bilingual)
to support our team in Mexico City, Arcos Bosques. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
What ́s in it for you?
You will be joining the Application Support Team for the Finance Strategic Insights Group, responsible for supporting the Financial Applications used by Marsh FP&A. You will also be responsible for the management of the financial reporting (data governance) hierarchies and managing access to Financial Systems.
We will count on you to:
Act as first line product support for the Planning and Reporting Applications and the Salary Planning Capture System (SPCS)
Review and triage support items for other applications used by Marsh FP&A
Monitor the Ticket Log, ensuring all incidents and requests are addressed within assigned SLA
Prepare monthly ticketing reporting, identifying repetitious issues
